Part of the recently introduced a line of New York City inspired summer cocktails, this one is a colorful play on the classic tequilla sunrise and a pun about Long Island's annual east end summer influx. Although you can substitute your favorite brand of vodka, Ms. Turso chose the Long Island vodka because it's “a Potato vodka that has a characteristic fullness, a richness on the palate that can match the intensity of the mango puree.”
