• January 29th, 2012: Daisy Mays BBQ USA at 5pm
• January 30th, 2012: Rub BBQ Restaurant at 7:30pm
• January 31st, 2012: Fette Sau at 7:30pm
• February 1st, 2012: Fatty ‘Cue at 7:30pm
• February 2nd, 2012: Little Brother BBQ at 7:30pm
• February 3rd, 2012: Brother Jimmy’s BBQ at 7:30pm (Lexington and 31st)
• February 4th, 2012: Picnic Garden at 1pm
• February 5th, 2012: Georgia’s Eastside BBQ at 1pm
Those who have attended 4 nights or more are asked to vote for the following categories: Best Sauce, Best Service, Best Sides, Best Atmosphere, and Best All-Around. Awards are presented on the last night.
